Support developers in using the platforms we build and making the right decisions.
Providing customers with expertise, guidance and engineering services (as part of ongoing commitments or consulting projects).
Setting up and maintaining platforms for customers.
Ensure the operational availability, performance and efficiency of the various platforms we build.
Research, design, and implement reference architectures and components based on our technologies (Kubernetes, helm-charts and open source).
Increase the automation of everything we do by codifying operational best practices.
Design, Develop and implement the infrastructure with the proper consideration of requirements, performance, and customisation.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong 7 or more years of relevant field experience, including Cloud infrastructures.
Amazon Web Services architectures for modern web applications (EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, EKS, S3, etc.) holds no secrets for you.
You are a wizard of the clouds employing such spells as infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and using versioning (Gitlab, Github).
Excellent Linux skills (command line, tools, scripting, networking, etc.).
Hands-on Experience with Kubernetes is a must, especially with AWS EKS and Helm Charts.
Captain of containers: you have hands-on experience deploying and managing containers.
Processes automation (CI/CD) and monitoring tools installations.
A can-do, self-driven attitude, open to the latest technologies and should be able to contribute to the infrastructure design and architecture.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, collaborating with the remote team in a multi-cultural environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for being a direct point of contact with the customer.
Ops: troubleshooting and fixing running systems make you feel like a ninja.
Robust documentation and writing skills.
