Job Brief:

Zeropoint IT is a Belgian company working in Pakistan since 2007. We provide a learning and creative environment. We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer Node.js to work with our prestigious client. This position requires an innovative and autonomous approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in writing RESTful APIs in Node.js.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement scalable microservices-based architecture.
• Contribute to designing and developing high-quality software for highly scalable applications.
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with AWS and serverless computing.
• Excellent understanding of Git process flow and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with Linux Operating System and Command-line interface.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degree, or a combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of back-end development experience with proficiency in Node.js.
• Strong understanding of backend server design using Node.js with hands-on experience using the Express framework (knowledge of NestJS is a plus).
• Experience in full-stack development with proficiency in frontend technologies such as React is a plus.
