Zeropoint IT is a Belgian company that has been working in Pakistan since 2007. We provide a learning and creative environment; We are looking for a Human Resource Officer. The job demands an innovative and autonomous approach.
Work closely with the resources & management to ensure timely delivery of HR intimations, reports, timely resolve workday queries, etc.
Ensure maximum participation in various HR matters like preparing & update employment documentation, employee work formations, leaves intimations, and personal information processing.
Respond to employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Support in end-to-end coordination for new joiner onboarding.
Debrief new joiner about HR Processes and ensure the employee is well equipped with all the required assets.
Maintain the sanctity of the program and its execution smoothly to ensure new joiner feels comfortable.
Represent HR on various platforms and act as liaison to ensure company values are well embedded at all sites.
Extend active support in the smooth execution of HR-related action plans.
Work towards developing a detailed orientation plan and preparing the organizational announcement.
Provide proactive support in organizing events like long service awards, Eid, birthday, and Year-End celebrations to enhance employee experience.
Provide end-to-end support to the performance review process. Schedule the initial sessions with the resources to collect inputs/feedback, extend the feedback with the employees to support the effective utilization of the performance management system for realistic goal setting and career development.
Actively support employee development through eLearning platforms throughout their career with the organization, from onboarding to career progression and development, and support employees to make the most out of these learning opportunities.
Work in close collaboration with management for talent development and talent retention.
Bring in the voice of the floor and feelings of the resources without judgments, and discuss openly to craft new policies/opportunities OR modify the existing ones to get them aligned with the resources requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
You have at least 1-year experience relevant to a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
You ideally possess solid experience in employee onboarding, retention, operational HR, and training needs assessment.
The ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity and experience with HR analytics and reporting.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
