Job Brief:

Zeropoint IT is a Belgian company working in Pakistan since 2007. We are providing a learning and creative environment. We are looking for a Backend Architect – PHP to work with our prestigious client. The job demands an innovative and autonomous approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on working experience with building and maintaining API-based architectures.
• Write code using SOLID design principles and follow the TDD approach with 100% code coverage.
• Ability to design, develop and implement scalable Microservices-based architecture.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms with hands-on experience preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
• Knowledge of the ELK (Elasticsearch, logstash, and Kibana) stack will be a plus.
• Proven experience identifying a scrum team’s gaps in the scrum framework and leading them to adopt new practices by focusing on scrum values, agile manifesto values, and principles.
• Good understanding of Git process flow and usage of Git.
• Familiarity with Linux Operating System and Command Line Interface.
• Interact with other tech leads to understand technology directions/changes, Standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for being a direct point of contact with the customer.
• Flexible skills to be able to learn new technologies quickly and easily migrate between different PHP and Non-PHP-based technologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7+ Years of web applications development experience in PHP using modern frameworks like Symfony and/or Laravel.
