Job Brief:

The Application Consultant/Administrator will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and configuration of cloud application used by the customers of our client. This includes working closely with product management, founders, implementation team, vendors, and IT teams to ensure that applications are optimized to meet business requirements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and configuration of Cloud ERP/CRM, including setup, testing, and deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Cloud ERP/CRM, including troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to identify and implement application enhancements, upgrades, and new features.
• Document application processes and procedures, including user guides, training materials, and technical specifications.
• Monitor application performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to application management and configuration.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of application implementation, configuration, support processes, or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL or GraphQL databases.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Abstract thinking: This is the ability to conceptualize complex ideas and break them down into smaller, more manageable
• parts. It involves being able to see patterns, make connections, and identify relationships between different elements.
• At least 3 years of experience in application consulting, administration, or related field.
• Experience working with business applications such as ERP, CRM.
• Good English with clear communication, articulation and not afraid to open mouth.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Always open to listen, adopt and improve with the latest technologies.
• Innovative mindset, attention to detail, and following industry standards and guidelines.
• Ambitious and taking extra mile when necessary.
• The candidate must stay for a long period and shouldn’t be a switcher.
• The candidate should display past experience of his development stack in detail.
